Terms of Service
These are the terms and conditions on which INSITE IQ LTD (trading as SiteIQ) provides you access to the SiteIQ application and website. By creating an account you confirm you have read, understood, and accepted them.

1. About us
SiteIQ is provided by INSITE IQ LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, company number 17335358, registered office 66 Paul Street, London, England, EC2A 4NA (trading as SiteIQ). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
SiteIQ is a professional software platform for UK property inspectors, landlords, and letting agents. It records inspection walkthroughs, uses AI to transcribe audio and detect defects, and produces PDF quotes and reports. It is a tool, not a substitute for professional judgement, and all AI outputs are subject to the human user’s verification.
3. Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and have authority to bind any organisation you register on behalf of.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
- One person per account. Sharing is not permitted — team members must have their own seat under your organisation.
- We may suspend accounts abused for spam, fraud, or breach of these terms.
4. Subscriptions and billing
Auto-Renewable Subscriptions. SiteIQ offers auto-renewable subscription plans purchased through Apple’s App Store or Google Play. The following applies to all paid plans:
- Titles and pricing. Available subscriptions are:
- SiteIQ Starter · Monthly — £14.99/month
- SiteIQ Starter · Annually — £149.00/year
- SiteIQ Pro · Monthly — £29.99/month
- SiteIQ Pro · Annually — £299.00/year
- SiteIQ Business · Monthly — £59.99/month
- SiteIQ Business · Annually — £599.00/year
- Payment. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account (or Google account) at confirmation of purchase.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription automatically renews at the same term (monthly or annually) unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period, at the renewal price shown at time of purchase.
- Managing and cancelling. You can manage or cancel your subscription and turn off auto-renewal at any time by going to your device’s Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions on iOS, or the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions on Android. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- Free Trial (no paid plan). A one-off Free Trial is available with a cap of 3 inspections total. The Free Trial does not renew each month — once those 3 inspections have been used, you must upgrade to a paid plan to continue. No card is required for the Free Trial.
- Refunds. Refunds are governed by the store’s policy (Apple or Google). Please contact them directly for refund requests. No refund is given for the unused portion of any term.
- Price changes. We may adjust prices with 30 days’ in-app notice. Existing subscribers keep their current rate until the next renewal.

5. Acceptable use
You must not:
- Upload content you don’t have the right to record or share.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or white-label SiteIQ without a Business plan.
- Use SiteIQ to record people without lawful basis (get consent as required by UK data-protection law).
- Interfere with other users’ access or run automated scraping.
- Use the platform for anything unlawful under UK law.
6. Intellectual property
The SiteIQ software, brand, and website content are owned by INSITE IQ LTD. You retain all rights to the inspection content you upload. By using SiteIQ you grant us a limited licence to process that content solely to deliver the service to you.
7. AI-generated content
SiteIQ uses Anthropic Claude and Google Gemini to analyse audio, images, and transcripts. AI outputs are estimates and may contain errors. You are responsible for reviewing every quote, task list, and report before sharing with clients. INSITE IQ LTD is not liable for decisions taken solely on AI-generated content.
8. Availability
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Planned maintenance is announced in-app. Offline-first mode continues to work without internet — sync resumes when connectivity returns.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by UK law, INSITE IQ LTD’s total aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with your use of the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
10. Termination
You can delete your account at any time via Account → Danger Zone. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach with reasonable notice. On termination, we’ll retain data only as required by law (see the Privacy Policy).
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
12. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-app; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
